Betgaranti Blocks Withdrawals and Cancels Winning Accounts
I have been playing on Betgaranti for 6-7 years, but it has become impossible to withdraw money. Two of my friends also had their accounts closed as soon as they started winning. Now, I am experiencing the same issue.
First, they imposed withdrawal limits, then added wagering conditions, and now they have come up with a new excuse—since I placed three sports bets, I am not allowed to withdraw my winnings until those bets are settled. This is ridiculous because I mainly play slots, and my funds should not be held hostage.
Their system is designed to prevent users from cashing out. They claim withdrawals are allowed every 4 hours, with a 20,000₺ daily limit, yet they constantly create new obstacles. This is not a one-time issue—it keeps happening!

Betgaranti continues to show winning bets as lost. On April 5th at 15:42, I placed a bet on Konyaspor's forward Kramer to have two shots on target. In the first minute of the match, he scored a goal, but the goal was canceled and wasn't counted in the statistics. Later, between the 15th and 20th minutes, he took a shot on target, and the goalkeeper deflected it to a corner. In the last minutes of the match, he also had a header saved by the goalkeeper. However, this site, which thinks it's very smart, is treating us like fools again and telling me that the goal he scored in the first minute was canceled. I watched the match for 90 minutes, and when we look at applications like Maçkolik and Sofascore, it shows that the player I bet on had two shots on target. But according to the Betgaranti page, for some reason, the bet lost. This is not the first or second time they’ve done this. When I connect to live support, they keep telling me that the goal was canceled and insist on not understanding me.
