Betgaranti Canceled My Winnings, Blocked My Account

Betgaranti is absolutely not to be trusted. I waited 24 hours for a payout after a win, only to find out—after reaching out to live support—that my withdrawal request had been canceled without any proper reason. Every time I asked, they came up with a new excuse to avoid paying me. Eventually, they even blocked my access to the site entirely.

After several failed attempts, I somehow managed to log back in, only to discover that my entire balance had been drained. I never used the account during that time. When I contacted them again, they blamed so-called “clone sites” and claimed someone else accessed my account. They told me to enable two-factor authentication—as if that would bring my lost balance back.

It’s clear they are doing everything possible to avoid paying out winnings. They’re making up technical lies, disabling accounts, and letting user balances vanish with no accountability. Then they say it’s your fault and try to shift the blame. This is theft, plain and simple. Betgaranti needs to return my money and stop scamming users out of their legitimate earnings. I won’t let this slide—others should beware.
