For the past week, I’ve been dealing with multiple frustrating issues on the Betcio platform. After experiencing a loss on a game provided by Pragmatic, I contacted customer support to request a loss bonus, as is typically offered. However, the bonus I received was not only insufficient, but the support team also responded with vague, evasive, and misleading explanations.
When I reached out via live chat, I was given inconsistent excuses and felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid giving me the bonus I rightfully earned. Even worse, after I shared my contact info, I received calls from so-called “representatives” who gave false information in an attempt to deceive me.
Additionally, when I requested proof of Betcio's licensing, the document I was provided appeared to be fake, which completely shattered my trust in the platform. Every time I request a bonus following a loss, I’m met with the same unhelpful and dismissive behavior.
I now seriously question the legitimacy of this platform. I demand that Betcio immediately credit my full loss bonuses, issue a verified and legitimate license document, and take action to ensure transparent and honest support going forward.
