Today I made a crypto deposit to Betcio, but the funds never appeared in my account. I immediately contacted live support and provided everything they asked for—proof of transfer, a transaction video, and screenshots. After waiting for nearly an hour, they claimed that the deposit hadn’t been received. I double-checked the transaction and clearly saw that the money had been successfully sent to their wallet.
Then they changed the narrative and said I had deposited through a “cloned site.” I checked the URL myself and confirmed it was the correct Betcio address. Despite showing all the evidence, I was told nothing could be done. Just like that, I lost ₺1200 with no resolution and no accountability from their support team.
This feels like a scam. If a site can simply deny legitimate transactions and blame the user, how can anyone trust them with their money? I demand Betcio investigate this issue properly and return my funds immediately.
For about 3 months, I have been experiencing the same problem with every deposit I make on the Betcio site. Whenever I make a deposit, the amount never gets credited to my account immediately; I am made to wait at least 2 hours. For example, with my most recent deposit of 1000 TL, the same delay occurred again, and this situation has now become constant.
When I experienced these issues, I contacted live support and customer service, but I felt that their approach was very uninterested and careless. Neither a clear explanation is given nor a permanent solution is offered.
I am writing this complaint both to make my victimization visible and to warn others to be cautious with this site. I believe that deposits should be credited to the account within a reasonable time, regularly and without any problems.
