Last night, I attempted to deposit 200₺ on Betcio, but instead, the site took my entire 650₺ balance from my Papara account. I immediately tried to contact customer support, but I couldn't get through. When I finally reached them, they refused to help and claimed my account was a "fake account."
This is completely unacceptable! I deposited my own money, and instead of processing the correct amount, they withdrew everything. Despite my multiple attempts to get assistance, they ignored my concerns and refused to refund my money.
