I recently made a deposit to my Betcio account via bank transfer, expecting it to reflect in my balance like it always had before. I uploaded the official receipt (dekont) as proof, but received no confirmation or support. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally told, “That account has been closed for a month—your deposit won’t be refunded.”
This is completely unacceptable. When I initiated the transaction, the bank details were still listed in Betcio’s active deposit section. I even showed them screenshots proving that the account was still publicly listed on the site when I made the transfer. Despite this, they insist that they are not responsible and refuse to refund my money.
I’ve been a loyal user on Betcio for years and have never encountered anything like this before. I demand that they immediately refund my full deposit and stop misleading users by displaying outdated or inactive bank information on their platform. This is not just poor service—it’s negligent handling of customer funds.
