Overcharged at Bershka Marmara Forum
I purchased items totaling 230 TL at the Bershka Marmara Forum branch. However, the receipt showed 250 TL with a note indicating a price increase. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told it was due to the price hike, and that they couldn't update the price tags. I'm not looking for a cancellation, but rather a straightforward request – that the transaction reflects the price indicated on the item's tag. I kindly ask for the excess amount charged to be promptly refunded. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
