Bershka Black Friday Order Cancelled Even Though Items Were Still in Stock

I placed a Black Friday order via the Bershka Turkey mobile app on 27 November 2025 for 7 different clothing items (jeans, trousers, and tops). My order number is 40253831477. The order was confirmed, and the payment was successfully taken. A few days later, Bershka cancelled my entire order, stating that the products were out of stock and that this was not correctly reflected in the app. However, after receiving the cancellation, I checked the app and saw that 5 of the 7 items still appeared as in stock. Despite this, my order was not reinstated, and I was only informed that the amount I paid would be refunded and that I would receive a 10% discount coupon. Because the cancellation happened after Black Friday, I lost the opportunity to benefit from Black Friday prices both at Bershka and at other brands where I could have ordered similar products. The 10% coupon offered does not compensate for the loss of the original Black Friday discounts and the price difference I now face. I request that Bershka honour the original Black Friday prices for all the items from my order that are still in stock and allow me to purchase them at those prices. If this is not possible, I expect fair compensation for my loss, such as payment of the difference between the Black Friday prices I had in my confirmed order and the current prices, instead of a symbolic 10% coupon. Additionally, I have already submitted official complaints to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee and, through CIMER to the Ministry of Trade regarding this issue.
