Today, I purchased a shirt at Bershka in Emaar Square Mall. The shirt cost ₺990, and I also paid ₺3 for a bag. In total, the bill should have come to ₺1003.
However, I believe I mistakenly gave the cashier ₺1200. Unfortunately, they didn't count the money back to me, and I only realized my mistake later.
I'm hoping to get in touch with Bershka to resolve this issue. Ideally, I would like to receive a receipt showing the correct transaction amount (₺1003) or a refund for the overcharged amount (₺197).
