Bershka Refund Delay Complaint

My refund has been stuck for a month, and I've been struggling to get it released! Due to the fact that Bershka customer service has not informed the bank, the payment has been prevented. Attention is required immediately. Calls to customer service are not being answered, and there is no dialogue on the WhatsApp line. My refund should be processed immediately. Regarding this matter, I will escalate it wherever it is required. The process of refunding shouldn't be at all difficult!
