Hello; It's the most ridiculous and unnecessary brand in my life. I've been such nonsense for days. I bought 2 shoes from the Bershka brand. (received date 28.06.2024) It did not tear and the side cracked within 1 month. When we look at the customer service number on the website, it is a ridiculous 15-20 digit number that they must have pressed as they wished. I log into the WP line, there are attachments and pictures, the robot is sending nonsensical messages. I cannot find any contact person. But I will initiate any legal process regarding this matter.
