Feeling Cheated by Beko! Faulty Oven, Useless Service, Wasted Money


When I first moved to Didim, I bought a built-in set from Beko. When malfunctions started in the furnace section, I called service. As in the previous teapot incident, the service personnel said that the repair was too costly and would exceed the price of a new stove. They said that the calculation they made was quite high and that it may not be the same as before and that the screws may break and remain inside while the parts are being removed. They took the 400 TL service fee for nothing and left. If they had said that the cost would be higher, I would not have called for service and my money would not have been wasted. As far as I understand in both cases, from now on I will definitely not call service for Beko products in my home, and the products I will buy will not be from Beko. If I ask you to pay the fee back, you will say that we cannot pay, we have received a 400 TL coming and going service fee. What can we say, everyone follows a path that will lead them to fail.
