Brand New Beko 31225 A Split Air Conditioner Does Not Work

The installation of the Beko 31225 a Split Air Conditioner I purchased was carried out on 19 June 2023, the air conditioner I used once for trial purposes did not work when I wanted to use it on 16 July. Afterwards, the authorized service came for the control on 15/08/2023 and stated that the outdoor unit electronic card of the product was defective, and made a request for the replacement of this card. In summary, the air conditioner that I used for trial purposes only once turned out to be broken. I couldn't use the air conditioner that I paid for in Adana and the summer heat, I became a victim. In addition, the authorized service postponed the service appointments 2 times in days and 3 times in hours. Although we waited for the authorized service on the given days and hours, our appointments were automatically postponed. I am not at all satisfied with Beko, which advertises itself as a world brand, I am sure that if I had bought a different brand, these problems would not have occurred. This is the first time I have experienced a situation where a newly purchased product does not work and fails. Although I called the customer service many times and gave information about the malfunction, the service came unprepared and the repair process was prolonged. I say sorry... I want the product I purchased to be replaced and my problem to be solved as soon as possible.
