Beko Washing Machine Tearing Apart My Clothes and Can't Clean

One year ago, I bought a washing machine from BEKO and extended my warranty by paying extra money. However, I couldn't use it for even a year. The washing machine is tearing my clothes apart and never cleans them; it only makes them wet. The technician changed some parts two times, but it didn't solve the problem. On the third visit, the technician said the problem was with my clothes! I requested a replacement, but they refused. They don't care about customer requests. Unless you have money to spare, avoid BEKO! BEKO = REGRET
