Beko Refrigerator Freezer Has No Lighting


There is no lighting in the freezer section of the refrigerator I purchased from the Beko dealer. My request for a replacement was rejected because I made the purchase after looking at it, but the seller did not provide any information about this during the purchase. Since the refrigerator was not plugged into electricity, it was impossible for me to guess or understand this issue. No one can discern this, given that there is a part at the top designed for lighting, yet there is no illumination in this model. As a customer, I am fully justified in this situation. I kindly request that this complaint be forwarded to the necessary units and that my grievance be addressed. I have also lodged a complaint with consumer rights regarding the issue. I am determined to fight for my rights until the end. I should not have to spend so much money only to open the cabinet in the evenings with a flashlight. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

They called regarding the complaint I just wrote here about the Beko refrigerator, but they are still blaming me. They give me ridiculous reasons like "you saw it and bought it, just because there is a space for a light doesn't mean the light works, you should have asked yourself whether the light works or not." I absolutely do not accept this. Instead of explaining the blue light technology to sell the refrigerator, they should have mentioned that the light doesn't work in the freezer. In my previous refrigerator, which was also Beko, the light worked. How could I have guessed that the light wouldn't work? If the dealers had plugged the products into the sockets instead of avoiding electricity, I would have seen it. I am right and I will pursue my rights to the end. Do not call to offer such ridiculous reasons, call to provide a solution, that's enough.
