BDG Deposit Still Not in My Wallet

My BDG deposit still hasn’t been received. My user ID is 9749483***, and the amount has already been deducted from my bank account, but it still hasn’t been credited to my game wallet. I submitted a complaint on the BDG website, but I haven’t received any response. BDG customer service is terrible and doesn’t provide any help.

A long time ago, the same kind of issue had already happened, which is why I stopped using the application for many days. Yesterday, I tried using it again, thinking maybe it had been fixed, but the same old issue has returned. This app steals our deposited amount, sir. Kindly look into this matter. After taking the payment, when we submit the UTI number, this is what happens. I am uploading a photo as proof—please take a look. This is the kind of behavior this app is showing again.
