BDG Deposit Still Not in My Wallet

My BDG deposit still hasn’t been received. My user ID is 9749483***, and the amount has already been deducted from my bank account, but it still hasn’t been credited to my game wallet. I submitted a complaint on the BDG website, but I haven’t received any response. BDG customer service is terrible and doesn’t provide any help.

A long time ago, the same kind of issue had already happened, which is why I stopped using the application for many days. Yesterday, I tried using it again, thinking maybe it had been fixed, but the same old issue has returned. This app steals our deposited amount, sir. Kindly look into this matter.
