BDG Withdrawal Processing Problem

I am using the BDG Game app in India and requested a withdrawal of 19,000 today morning. The withdrawal status in the app has been showing as “processing” and has not been completed, even though the company states that withdrawals should be completed within 24 hours. More than 24 hours have now passed, but my money has still not been credited and the status has not changed. This delay is causing me serious concern about the safety of my funds. I request that my withdrawal of 19,000 be processed and credited to my account immediately without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided for why the payment did not complete within the stated 24-hour time.
