I am writing regarding my BC.Game account, which has been banned even though I have not done anything wrong. When I try to open BC.Game, the screen shows that my account is banned and tells me to contact the recovery address. I also saw a KYC required message before, but now I cannot even access my account properly because of the ban.
There is 200 INR stuck in my account in pending withdrawal, which has not been completed. I am very upset that my account is blocked without a clear explanation and that I cannot access my funds or complete KYC.
I kindly request that my BC.Game account be unbanned and full access be restored. I also want my KYC to be allowed and the pending 200 INR withdrawal to be processed so I can receive my money. I expect a clear explanation for the ban and for my account to be reviewed fairly and reactivated as soon as possible.
