Unban My BGMI Account

I am writing regarding an issue with my BGMI account, which has been banned until 2036/09/18 with a generic notice stating that I violated the regulations. I believe this ban was issued in error. I play on a Moto g57 Power device and my in‑game nickname is “mr. jk gemar”. The ban occurred right after a game update; I played only one match after updating, then put the phone aside and later saw that my account had been banned. I did not use any cheating software, scripts, unauthorized tools, or third‑party applications that could interfere with the game. I kindly request that you manually review my account and remove the ban that has been placed on it.
