Unban My Account, See the Efforts and Investment of Players

I am writing about the unfair permanent ban on my BGMI account. My in‑game ID is 5477294840. On 22/09/2026 there was a small update of around 5 MB, and right after I updated and opened the game, I received a 10‑year ban notice saying that my account would be banned for “violating regulations” until 18/09/2036. I have never used any kind of third‑party app, cheat, config, GFX tool, VPN, or emulator, and I have never shared my account with anyone. My gameplay is clearly normal and not suspicious; I usually finish only 2–3 players per match. This situation is not only happening to me, but many other players and even big YouTubers have also reported getting the same kind of ban after this small update, which makes me strongly believe this is a system error or false detection. I have tried to reach BGMI support, but I have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed that an account I have played on fairly has been banned without any clear explanation or chance to properly defend myself. I kindly request that my account be fully investigated and permanently unbanned as soon as possible. I also request clear information about the reason for this ban and a review of whatever automated system caused this issue, so that fair players are not punished by mistake.
