Please Remove the 10-Year BGMI Ban on My Account

Dear BGMI Support Team, My BGMI account (Character ID: 55607682364, Device: Android) has been banned until October 28, 2036. When I opened the game, an in-game notification displayed my ID and the long-term ban date, stating that I had violated the game's rules.

In the days before the ban, I was only playing normal matches. I have never used any hacks, cheats, scripts, or third-party applications. I always respect BGMI's rules and fair-play policy, and I am not aware of doing anything that could be considered a violation. I kindly request that you carefully review my account and activity logs and reconsider this decision. Please permanently remove the ban from my BGMI account, as I believe it was imposed by mistake and I have not done anything wrong.
