BGMI Account Banned for Emulator Use

I am writing regarding my Bgmi account, ID 55506146303, which has been banned until 12/05/2035 due to an alleged rule violation. I have been unable to access my account for about one year. I believe this ban is unfair and the result of a genuine mistake. I logged in using an emulator only after watching a YouTube video and I did this without knowing that it was against the game rules or could lead to such a severe penalty. I have never used cheats, hacks, or any unfair tools, and I have always tried to play the game fairly. I kindly request that my case be reviewed in detail, considering that this was an unintentional mistake and not malicious behavior. I am asking for my account ban to be lifted and my access to be restored, or at least for the ban period to be significantly reduced, so that I can continue playing Bgmi on my account.
