I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my BGMI account, which I believe is completely unfair and incorrect. My account ID is 55688409855. When I try to log in, I see an in‑game notice stating that my account has been banned until 2036/04/10 for violating rules, but I have always played the game fairly and never used any kind of hacks, illegal software, or third‑party applications. I always follow the game’s rules and regulations and do not modify or alter any game files. Previously, when I contacted support by email, I received a reply claiming that I was using some file, which is completely false and does not reflect my actions in the game. This situation is very upsetting for me because I have invested a lot of time and effort into my account and gameplay, always trying to maintain fair play. I have never used any hacks or third-party tools in the game. Still, my account has been banned. When I emailed support earlier, I received a reply stating that I was using some file, which is completely incorrect and false. I always play fair. Please re-verify my account thoroughly and lift the ban.​
