BateryBet Deposit Not Credited After Successful Payment

-I created a new BateryBet account today in India and attempted to make a deposit of 300 using PhonePe at around 12:30 a.m. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and the transaction shows as completed with the UTR number 681031041338, but the 300 has not been credited to my BateryBet balance. I contacted BateryBet support about this issue, but they did nothing to resolve the problem and I did not receive any helpful response or solution. As a new user, this situation has made me lose trust in the platform. I request that BateryBet urgently resolve this issue and credit 2,000 to my account, taking into account the inconvenience and time lost due to this failed deposit and lack of support so far.
