My Winning Deleted Without Explanation

On 20 March 2026 at around 20:05, while betting on sports on Bahis.com from Mardin, Turkey, I won a coupon with my account under the username ahmet4*** but my rightful winnings were unfairly deleted. The away team I bet on was seen as a very weak team and even before the match started the odds were around 24.00. In the 19th minute of the first half, while the score was 0–1, I placed a live bet that the away team, which was considered very weak, would score one more goal in the first half with odds of 10. Around 15 minutes later, the away team scored again, my coupon won, and a gain of ₺100,000 should have been reflected in my account. Instead, Bahis.com deleted my winning and did not pay my rightful gain. After this situation, I contacted Bahis.com live chat support, but the staff only copied and pasted the same note that had been added to my account and practically pushed me away, without giving a clear, individual explanation. I have screenshots and visual evidence for this bet and I am ready to add them so that the process can be examined in detail. I request that my bets and coupons for that match and time period be carefully checked, that it be clearly seen that the mistake is on their side, and that my ₺100,000 rightful winning be paid to me without any further delay. I also expect a written, clear explanation as to on what grounds a coupon that won within the rules was cancelled and my gain was deleted.
