Request To Unlock My Badoo Account Please

I have been using Badoo via the dating app, and my account has been blocked for about two weeks. When I try to log in, I only see that my account is blocked and I cannot access it in any way. I have tried to get support from Badoo, but I have not received any helpful response and my account is still not opened. I have been left without access to my profile and messages during this period. I request that my blocked Badoo account be urgently unlocked and that I be allowed to use my account again.
