badoo Internal Error 0030-0403-0008

I am a premium member of Badoo and since 14/08/2026 I have not been able to access my messages properly. When I log into my account and try to open my messages, a pop‑up appears saying “Internal error (0030-0403-0008)”. This error has been repeating for more than 24 hours and I still cannot access my messages, even though I can log into my account. As a paying premium user, I find it unacceptable that I cannot use such a basic function of the service and that this error persists. I kindly request that this technical problem be urgently investigated, the “Internal error (0030-0403-0008)” be fixed, and my full access to all my messages be restored.
