Badoo Restricted My Account

I have been a regular Badoo user since 2019 and this is my only account. On 13 July 2026, my account suddenly became restricted and the app started showing an “Internal error (0030-0403-0008)” message on my Android phone. Since that moment, I have not been able to use my account properly. I contacted your support team via chat, but the problem has still not been resolved, and I have not received a clear explanation for why this restriction and internal error occurred. I also currently have Badoo Premium active on this account and I am concerned about losing my access to these premium features while I cannot use the service. I kindly request that my account be checked, the restriction and “internal error 0030-0403-0008” issue be resolved, my account be fully restored, and my Premium access be preserved without any loss of time or features.
