Badoo Support Ignoring Me After Account Suspension

I had an account on Badoo linked to the email address b************@gmail.com. My account was blocked around August 10 because of an “inappropriate message.” The account that was blocked had an active weekly Premium subscription, which cost me roughly $2 per month.
I’m aware of the rule violation and I’m truly very sorry. I regret my behavior and I promise it will never happen again.
After my account was blocked I contacted Badoo’s support team, yet I still haven’t received any response to this day.
I kindly ask to be given another chance to have my account reopened. I want to use the platform properly, fully following the rules. I’m waiting for your help and understanding — please review my account via my email address and reactivate it.
