Badoo Deactivated My Account Without Stating a Cause

I have been a member of the Badoo dating platform for a long time, but my account was suddenly closed without any concrete reason. For the past two hours, I have been unable to access my account. Before losing access, I only received a message saying “Your account has been closed,” with no explanation at all regarding the reason.
I do not believe I violated any rules, and I strongly believe that my account was closed unfairly. Even though I have tried to contact the site’s administrators, I have not received any response so far.
I request a clear explanation of why my account was closed and ask that my account be reactivated as soon as possible.
