Badoo App Still Shows Account Block After One Year

I have been experiencing a serious access issue with the Badoo app for a long time. For approximately one year, I have been unable to log in to the account I created, and because there is a block placed on the app, I have not been able to use my account at all. Whenever I try to open the app, I receive a block notification, and I cannot proceed in any way.

During this time, I contacted Badoo support, and I was told that the issue would be resolved. However, despite a long period passing, no action has been taken, and the problem remains exactly the same. Even after every app update, I try again, but I am still unable to use the app.

The email address linked to my account is Ka***********@gmail.com**. I have also attached screenshots related to this issue to my complaint. I request that the block on my account be removed, that I be able to log in and use the app, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the issue and the inconvenience I have experienced.
