Babyliss 32mm Hair Curler Broke After a Few Uses


About 45–50 days ago, I purchased a Babyliss brand cutting machine from makascim.com in Istanbul for ₺11,000. I received the product new and sealed in its box, but from the very first use, I noticed that the cutting performance was extremely poor, and this issue continued every time I used it. I contacted Makasçım, explained the situation, and they sent me a new cutting head, but even with that, there was no improvement and the machine’s performance remained very poor. Since I could not use the product, I did not receive the value for the money I paid. When I contacted Makasçım customer service again, they stated that no exchange or refund was possible and that they could only send another cutting head. Despite the product being under a 2-year warranty, no solution was provided. I request that this issue be resolved, preferably with a refund of the payment or, if possible, an exchange for another brand.
