Azar Permanently Banned My Account While I Was Just Having a Conversation

While actively chatting on the Azar app without violating any rules, my account was suddenly hit with a permanent ban. I was simply sitting and having a conversation — I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior whatsoever.
I am 23 years old and fully of legal age. Despite this, I believe I have been unjustly banned as though I were a minor. I currently have no access to my account at all — when I open the app, my account appears completely closed.
I am requesting that the Azar team review my account again, verify my age, and lift this unjustified permanent ban so that my account can be reinstated.
