Azar Suspended My Account With No Warning and No Explanation

The Azar account linked to my email address s***************@gmail.com was temporarily suspended about three days ago in the evening, without any warning or explanation. When I tried to log in, I discovered my account was on hold — and I still have no idea why.
I am not aware of having violated any rules, and being hit with this out of nowhere has been both emotionally upsetting and genuinely disruptive, given that I use the app regularly. Suddenly losing access to an account I have put time and effort into building has been a real hardship.
Despite reaching out to Azar support about this, no solution has been provided and my account remains suspended. The fact that I have tried multiple times and still have not received a clear explanation only adds to the harm I have experienced.
My request to Azar is straightforward: provide a clear explanation of why my account was suspended, conduct a proper review, and reactivate my account. I am asking that the suspension be lifted and that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.
