Azar Banned My Account With No Reason and the Age Verification System Won't Recognize I'm 23
Today, on May 2, 2026, I was banned from the Azar app without any justification whatsoever. On top of that, I am experiencing a serious issue with the app's 3D facial recognition age verification system. I am 23 years old, yet the system keeps telling me there is an age restriction, and despite scanning my face multiple times, I cannot get past this barrier.
Between the unjustified ban and the age verification block, I am completely unable to use my account. My account is registered under d***@gmail.com.
I am requesting that Azar remove the ban placed on my account and urgently fix the age verification issue so that I can use my account without any further obstacles.
