Google Play Avakin Life Account Missing After Reinstalling the Game

Since I reinstalled the game on my Moto G device, I have not been able to access my Google Play Games account. When I enter my email and password, the system shows an error saying that there is no account linked to that email, even though I had been playing normally before uninstalling. I kindly request that my account be recovered and that my game progress be restored, as I have always used the same email and only lost access after reinstalling the game. I ask for your help to review my case and give me back access to my account.
