I Report Atomic Wallet Withholding My ₺400,000, Demanding More Fees

I am reporting a deeply concerning issue with Atomic Wallet that I have never encountered before. My ₺400,000 is being withheld, and I am being subjected to a relentless series of excuses and demands for additional payments. Initially, they claimed an extra payment was required because my "cold wallet would become hot." I made this payment, trusting their instructions.

However, after I deposited that money, they created yet another problem, stating that the funds I sent originated from an "external source." This continuous cycle of new demands and fabricated issues has prevented me from retrieving my ₺400,000. This entire process has completely eroded my trust in Atomic Wallet. The constant requests for more money, coupled with the refusal to release my funds, have caused immense financial distress and emotional burden. I urgently demand that Atomic Wallet cease these unjustified demands and immediately refund my full ₺400,000.
