Unresponsive Service and Delayed Glasses Order from Atasun Optik


I am quite unsatisfied with Atasun Optik's service at their İzmir/Hatay location. My father ordered a pair of glasses on February 1st, and it is now February 13th, but he has yet to receive them. Despite claims of delivery within a week, the glasses have yet to arrive, and the lenses are even missing. On February 9th, my father attempted to inquire about the delay but was unable to reach anyone by phone. When he arrived at the branch, he was merely told that the glasses had not yet arrived, with the sales advisor dismissing the matter coldly. This isn't just about getting a refund; my father desperately needs the glasses for work, and his vision is deteriorating without them. It is unacceptable to promise delivery within a week while causing such hassle. Furthermore, we assume that the initial order on February 1st was forgotten, as we received an SMS requesting a reorder on February 9th. We can't tell if this is a branch mistake or a system fault. It is awful to treat an older person who requires glasses with such disdain. We will not use Atasun Optik again and will report this rude treatment to the appropriate authorities. This was our final interaction with your brand. We would rather pay more for respectful treatment elsewhere.
