I used to rely on Atasun Optik in Kahramanmaraş for my eyeglass needs. After moving to Istanbul, I visited the Atasun branch in Emaar for new glasses, but none of the employees seemed interested in helping, as they were all focused on selling sunglasses. Frustrated, I left and later contacted Atasun Optik by phone to share my concerns. I then visited the Kozyatağı store, where placing my order went smoothly. However, when I went to pick up my glasses, I was troubled by the clear lenses on one of the pairs (one pair had tinted lenses). The staff member brushed off my concerns, saying my eyes “just needed time to adjust.” After insisting on checking the lenses, we found that none met my prescription. Since the tinted lenses didn't bother me much, I accepted those, but the clear lenses needed to be redone. Then, to my surprise, I received a message stating that a new order for ₺2000 was created, payable upon delivery. Thanks for the added inconvenience, Atasun Optik.
