Atasun Optik’s Negligence Causing Unnecessary Delays

I experienced repeated service failures at the Atasun Optik store in Antares Mall, directly affecting my rights as a consumer. Although I was told my prescription glasses would be ready in 5 days, the store did not check incoming shipments on time, leaving my orders waiting in the store for days without any notification. During the exchange process, the same negligence occurred: no receipt was provided, my order was entered into the system 2 days late, and the product again remained idle in the store. Customer service provided only generic responses with no real follow-up. This lack of transparency, delayed processing, and failure to provide proper documentation are unacceptable and fall short of basic consumer protection standards. I request immediate corrective action and measures to prevent similar issues for other customers.
