My Asics Order Was Shipped Despite No Delivery Service in My Area
Even though I mentioned that there was no delivery service in my area and that I could only pick up the package from the branch, and it was clear that the item would be returned, my product was still shipped. The fact that Hepsijet is not open to the public and that I could only pick up the package from the branch did not change anything. They shipped the item as if it were a normal situation. Before I could even touch the product, I informed the delivery person, who was 20 km away from me, about the situation, and the return procedure was initiated. Now, we are waiting for the item to return from the courier to Asics. I was told that this could take up to seven days. After that, they informed me that they could send it with a courier that I can receive. I managed to get this accepted only after persistent efforts, thanks to the initiative of a representative named Ms. B****. It's truly disheartening to see how poorly and disconnected from the spirit of sports Asics is being managed in Turkey.

Ten days after placing the order, my shoes were delivered to the address I provided in Istanbul, which is 400 km away from me. Now, I will look for ways to bring the product to Gelibolu. Asics TR did not help in any way during the process and did not take any initiative. This indifference does not suit the spirit of sports and Asics. You need to provide an option for delivery with cargo. I'm sorry, but not everyone lives in cities, and cargo services are limited in rural areas. Despite this, you should not create grievances by saying the system is like this. I feel lucky that I was able to get my shoes, even if it was to an address belonging to a relative. Of course, I will not make the mistake of shopping with Asics TR again.
