My Asics Gel Nimbus 26 Upper Mesh Torn After 20 Days

I purchased the Asics Gel Nimbus 26 running shoes and was really enjoying them—they're incredibly comfortable. However, on the 20th day of wearing them, the upper mesh on the right shoe tore. This is unacceptable for a shoe to show such damage in just 20 days. I bought them from Boyner in two installments, and unlike my usual practice of occasionally kicking a soccer ball with my sneakers, I didn’t even do that with these since they were more expensive.
I sent the shoes in for inspection, but my claim was rejected. Now, I’ve decided to take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expected better durability and customer service for a product of this price, and I hope to get this issue resolved through the appropriate channels.
I bought a Nimbus 26 in June. It got a hole in the right big toe area. It went in for inspection. They said it was user error. I said, "It could be." Later, it got holes in the left big toe area and on the left side. I will leave pictures below. Since the shoes are comfortable to wear, I didn't go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I sewed the shoes myself at least 6 times in 3 different places. It's a complete disgrace to buy shoes for 6500 TL and then sew them 6 times. I think there is a very big problem with the Nimbus 26, and the authorities should refund our money.
