Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 Toe Area Tore After Few Uses – Claim Unjustly Denied

I purchased the Asics Gel-Nimbus 26, expecting premium quality, but the shoe’s left toe area tore at the glue point after just a few uses. This clearly reflects poor manufacturing quality. I promptly contacted the company, returned the defective product, and explained the issue in detail.

Instead of addressing my complaint, the company returned the shoes with a generic letter claiming "user error," which is completely untrue. No investigation or follow-up was conducted. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand like Asics.

I’ve already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and sent a case report to Asics Japan. Asics, take responsibility for your defective product and resolve this issue properly. Customers deserve better!
