Asics Novablast 4 Sole Cracked After Minimal Use
On October 28, 2024, I purchased the Asics Novablast 4 (model 1011B850-300) from Boyner's online store for my son. After only three training sessions, the sole cracked at the front. Despite the shoe being advertised as having a durable AHAR™ rubber outsole, it proved to be defective in a very short time.
On December 28, 2024, I submitted the shoes for inspection through Boyner, requesting Asics Türkiye to review the defect. As a long-time Asics customer who trusted the brand's quality, I cannot accept the response claiming "no manufacturing defect." I have now sent the shoes for a second inspection and demand a proper review of the sole defect and a replacement due to the clear flaw.
Asics, I urge you to address this issue and uphold the quality your brand promises.
I do not accept your response. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and initiate proceedings regarding your defective product.
