Asics Online Purchase Delayed, Missed Marathon Due to Delivery Issues
I ordered a pair of Asics shoes online specifically for an upcoming marathon and informed customer service of the urgency. Despite this, my order was delayed, and the shoes were never shipped in time. I contacted customer service multiple times, expressing how crucial this purchase was, yet they failed to expedite my order. After numerous calls, they finally processed a refund, citing holiday delays, but by then, my discount coupon was wasted, and I missed the marathon. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I have filed a complaint. I expect Asics to take responsibility for their lack of service and address these delays to prevent others from facing the same inconvenience.
