Asics Gel-Quantum 180 VII Torn After Light Wear & Warranty Denied

I purchased the Asics Gel-Quantum 180 Vıı around December 26th. Despite the fact that it was winter and they had not been worn in rainy or cold weather, both the left and right shoes developed tears on their exterior fabric sides. Around February 12th, I contacted Asics, who sent a return label for inspection. After inspecting the shoes, they stated there was no manufacturing issue and returned them without any repairs. Now I'm displaying the torn sneakers to everyone so they're aware of the potential problems with purchasing from this firm. After being a faithful customer for so long, this will be my final purchase from Asics.
