Arzum Okka Coffee Machine Handle Breaks, Warranty Refuses to Cover

I own an Arzum Okka Coffee Machine with 1 year and 8 months remaining on its warranty. Recently, the handle of the coffee pot broke, but customer service claims the warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by usage. How else am I supposed to use the pot if not by its handle?
If simply holding the handle while pouring coffee causes it to break, it clearly indicates poor quality. I understand if the warranty wouldn’t cover damage caused by intentional misuse, but this breakage occurred during normal use.
Arzum, I expect the warranty to cover this defect and request immediate assistance. Selling a product with such weak components is unacceptable, and I need a resolution now!
