Arzum Hestia 1058 Repair Fiasco

In February 2024, the Arzum-approved service center in Kırşehir supposedly repaired my Arzum Hestia 1058 product's motor and card difficulties. However, after suffering stuttering during the second use, I learned from my interaction with the service that the repair was performed without the necessary paperwork. When I asked for a service receipt, the business owner responded rudely. He refused to produce a receipt, expressing doubt about the validity of the replaced parts, and angrily recommended that I complain anywhere I wanted. Such conduct is unbecoming of an Arzum Authorized Service. The stuttering issue in the product could be caused by either a user mistake or the Arzum service. Instead of this impolite demeanor, I urge that they address the situation with professionalism and a desire to find answers. I anticipate a more prompt and professional attitude from Arzum's authorized service in this subject.
