Arçelik 6551 HI Dishwasher Not Fixed After Weeks of Service And Still Broken

For about the last two weeks, I have been experiencing a water intake problem with my Arçelik 6551 HI dishwasher and I contacted Arçelik technical service immediately to create a record. During this period, I have been constantly dealing with the malfunction and the service process, but the problem has still not been resolved. The first technical team that came stated that the side board needed to be changed and replaced this part, but the malfunction did not improve. Two days later they came again and this time they replaced the motor, yet the same problem continued and they took the machine to the service center. There, they said that a cable had to be changed, carried out that operation and claimed that the machine was working, then brought it back to my home. When the machine again did not work at home, it was taken back to the service and stayed there for a few days. Afterwards I was told that the problem was finally solved and the machine was delivered again, but when it arrived home it still did not work. In addition to the original water intake issue, I am now faced with a dishwasher that has become worse: when I press the on/off button, the motor runs but it is not possible to change any program and the device cannot be used properly. Following all these repeated and inconclusive interventions, I called Arçelik once more and specifically requested a different technical team. Despite this clear request, the same team was sent to my home again today. They only reinstalled the parts they had previously removed and left, and I still have not received any clear response regarding my demand for a different and competent team. For this entire process, I have paid ₺650 as a service fee and for about two weeks I have been suffering in Kartepe, Kocaeli due to this unresolved service experience. My service record number is 504157902. Although almost all the products in my home are from Arçelik, after this experience I am not considering shopping from Arçelik again. I especially want to underline that the technical service sent to me has left my dishwasher in a worse condition than its first malfunction. I urgently request that a different and competent technical service team be assigned to my address, that my dishwasher be brought into a fully working and fault-free condition, and that the grievance I have experienced throughout this process be taken into account.
