I am using an iPhone 15 and since 23 September 2026 I have not been able to use WhatsApp on this device. When I open the application, I see a screen saying “This account can’t use WhatsApp” and that my account allegedly violated the Terms of Service, dated 24 September 2026. I did not do anything unusual or knowingly violate any rules, and this situation has made my phone and daily communication almost unusable for me. Because I am using WhatsApp on an iPhone 15, I expect Apple to support me in resolving this situation. I request that you investigate why I am facing this problem on my iPhone 15 and provide a clear explanation, and if possible guide or assist me so that I can use WhatsApp again on this device. I kindly ask you to review my situation and inform me with a solution‑oriented response.
